Unused Kalf Kozies may be returned for a full refund to the store where they were purchased. If your order was placed online, it may be returned directly to us. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused. Items that have been used or washed will not be accepted.
Please note that any order cancelled after it has been placed will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping charges.
If you receive a Kalf Kozie with a manufacturer defect, please contact us with a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will be happy to review it and provide either a replacement or a refund.
The calf comfy blankets have been the best blankets both in quality and performance that we have seen or tried!
They are full coverage and the size is easily adjustable from large to medium to small using the heavy duty snaps around the front!
